Apartments
Residence Maroadi offers 26 three-room apartments, each measuring 55 m2 and categorized into 4 types. The Residence has three floors and two elevators.
The apartments are equipped with :
- A new home automation system for adjustable heating and cooling in every individual room of the apartment always included in the price
- Two televisions with satellite and digital systems, including channels in foreign languages;
- Wi-Fi connectivity
- Covered parking in the garage, always included in the price
The kitchens are equipped with:
4 electric stovetops, dishes and cookware, refrigerator with a separate freezer, microwave oven, espresso coffee machine, Melitta coffee machine, kettle, and toaster.
All apartments feature:
- A living area with a double sofa bed and TV;
- A kitchenette with a dining area;
- A double bedroom with TV
- A second bedroom with single beds
- A bathroom with shower and bidet
- A furnished terrace with table and chairs
